Business’ print-advertising materials were not displayed and managed crucial at the beginning of the project. As a result, quality differences and a loss in transparency occured regarding type and platform of real estate advertising. This is supposed to be remidied by integrating an order process and a reporting within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
A custom-object was developed for master data maintenance and a web2print app was created for mapping individual objects like placements, listings and slots in the course of the project. Monitor flows were realized with primary purpose of creation by object-based quick actions. In addition, an automated interface to the print production was created.
Comprehensive transparency was created in field of print-advertising materials with the metioned measures. Furthermore, a cut in personnel costs was achieved by automation and simplification.
