In order to efficiently manage an extensive real estate portfolio for a new client, a new system is to be provided. This system should be able to record all relevant information about properties, insurance policies and claims processing, while at the same time offering the user groups involved a secure and scalable working environment.

  • Based on the Salesforce platform, a comprehensive application was developed that enables the management of real estate, insurance values, policies and claims.
  • WTW employees work directly in the appealing Salesforce Lightning interface, while external asset managers and property managers can access specifically approved content and functions via a customer community.
  • This centralized system means that information only has to be entered once, allowing documents to be assigned directly to the relevant processes and significantly reducing communication by e-mail.
