The JobRad business unit for the self-employed and freelancers would like to position itself for further growth and have its Salesforce system analyzed for this purpose.
The aim is to check whether the data structure and processes in Salesforce have been set up in a scalable manner and what measures should be taken to better support bicycle leasing sales.

b2+ Implementation

  • Following the system analysis by b2plus, a list of measures was drawn up to ensure that the Salesforce CRM system provides the best possible support for further company growth.
  • The custom objects are to be replaced by the standard objects Opportunity and Contracts in order to be able to use the many possibilities of the system standard.
  • To ensure the availability of additional expertise and capacity, JobRad has concluded a managed service contract with an experienced Salesforce partner in order to permanently increase sales performance.
  • New requirements and incidents are entered via the b2Change ticket system in Salesforce. This creates an overview and transparency in the collaboration.
